Featuring a bar, the property is located within 1.1 km of Arambol beach. The property has a hot tub, nightclub and room service. Beautiful beach villa with tasteful decor, located by the beach. My brief stay was extremely comfortable. I ended up spending time in and around the property - there is lots to do for everyone. The restaurant has a deck overlooking the sea - the view from there is beyond brilliant. The food and the cocktails are also highly recommended.

The accommodation provides a shared lounge, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. Had an excellent experience. Good location a bit apart from the main strip, calm and quiet. Cleanliness is very much above the average compared to regular Indian hotel’s picture of “cleanliness”. Rooms are neat and comfortable to stay in. Staff is doing their real best to provide guests with caring and thoughtful service. Nice breakfast that would keep us full for at least half a day. Pool is tiny but still just enough for a morning or night refreshing swim. Any services requested would be provided, any issues would be handled. Booking pictures match what you actually find in the hotel. Located right between Calangute and Candolim, you can take a bus or taxi or bike ride to wherever you need quite easily. I’d recommend considering this place for you stay in Calangute.

Service was excellent and the staff was always present and willing to help and make the stay better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to goa looking to stay in a busy area, but a quiet resort. Also a short walk to the beach which was great!

Bed was extremely comfortable. Pool was just lovely, staff couldn't have been better. Restaurant great. We had a wonderful 2 nights here.
