This 5-star boutique hotel is located in Milan's historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. Each room offers elegant parquet floors, an LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. The decoration of the hotel is really nice and everything perfect and clean. The rooms are quiet, the beds really comfortable, Diptyque products in the bathroom was great . The breakfast is excellent and the location perfect. The staff was absolutely amazing.

The team at 21 House of Stories are nothing short of exceptional. Freja, Gabriele and the lovely Food & Beverage team went above and beyond to look after me. When I told Freja I loved the restaurant's risotto and would like to make it for my family, she arranged for the recipe to be printed (with pictures) on cardboard so I could take it home and even gave me samples of the saffron they use because it is hard to get! Such a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Always available to answer and help us out of our questions. He sounds very warm and friendly too when I spoke to him over the phone. His place was designed to provide the optimal experience for its guests. Super clean and got everything you need. Definitely 10/10!!!

There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower and bidet in every unit, along with bath robes and free toiletries. A historical building with a beautiful interior design. The host was so kind that she knew it's our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of wine for celebration. We encountered a shower temperature problem in the evening and the host reinstalled a new boiler right in the next day.

Glass mosaics, gold and emerald green design and special lighting effects, enhance the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Modern design architecture. Very polite staff. A lot of diverse people in the Bar. Nice dinner and staff in the restaurant.
