The lodge is beautiful, surrounded by nature. They organize lot of different activities (e.g game drive, Victoria Falls visit, sunset cruise etc.). Excellent breakfast and dinner, freshly prepared by their chef. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed for a month with our two children (age 7&9) and loved every minute here. The property was a perfect set up for us with a kitchen, lots of outdoor space to play, and the pool for cooling down. The apartment was kept extremely clean by the lovely Peg and we loved that we could also have laundry done here for an extremely affordable price. Guards Richmond and Anna were lovely and took great care of us. Co-host Peter was fantastic with lots of great suggestions for places to see and helped out with any questions/needs in a timely manner during our stay. We didn’t meet Ethel the owner as she was away while we were there but even though she was away, she was still extremely easy to get in touch with and communicated very quickly with us both before and during our stay. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from town center and taxis are also readily available for a good price if needed. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again if ever back in Livingstone. The staff went above and beyond for us and truly made us feel like family during our stay.

Fawlty Towers Accommodation & Activities is set in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. This property also provides guests with a restaurant. Railway Museum is 500 meters from the hotel.... The pool is nice and the food is good.

Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. Hotel has huge campus with lush green trees, lawns and big swimming pool. Its centrally located and has markets and restaurants at walkable distance. Front desk staff and all support staff was very helpful. Front desk and management team went out of the way to guide and support us for sight-seeing and making our stay comfortable. Hotel has multicuisine restaurant. The specialized Indian cook prepared customized delicious Indian food for us that made us feel at home. This hotel is located in Livingstone which is a small town near Victoria falls and offers few of the unique experiences like microlight flight over Victoria falls and national park, helicopter ride, peaceful sunset cruise in Zambezi River with live traditional music and opportunities to watch wild animals in their natural habitat, opportunities to interact with lions and cheetahs and adventure activities like bungee jumping and ziplining.
