Instead I received an email 2 weeks prior that they were moving everyone to a sister hotel. Downgraded, to a cheaper and lower rated location and told that it cost more and they were covering the difference. Absolute absurd. The hotel I was moved to was horrible. Worst bed I've ever slept in, in my life. I even Wanted to check out a day early because it was so terrible. Because of these reasons, I will never book a Ramada again.MichelleYoung couple
