The breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The way they combined traditional Turkish flavors with international cuisine was a real treat. The fitness room, too. It was ok equipped and clean. But what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. The reception team was not just professional but genuinely kind and helpful. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. And Selim, oh, what a gem! He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Big thanks to the person at the parking too. Super kind guy.

All rooms have a work desk, complimentary tea/coffee facilities, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a spacious seating area. Very business and professional hotel. Especially thanks SUAT helping me, in fact I had a muscle issue on my leg after come back from Kapadokya, he give me much more help, very nice guy. For the breakfast, not good and not bad, very business and healthy. And thanks Natali helping me, she is also very professional!

Every staff member I encountered was attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the housekeeping, restaurant, or the front desk staff. Big specific thanks to staff members Dogukan and Hatice for making this stay a very great one.
