I had stayed 3 hotels before in Hallstatt but it is biggest and very very comfortable. My friends room even has big balcony, rooms and bath rooms are all big than other hotels. Breakfast simple but enough and home made. Great

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner - contactless check in is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront... We loved our view of the lake and having access to a balcony. The rooms are really cute and cosy and the staff working there are so friendly and so helpful. The food at the restaurant was good too and very convenient since many places close around dinner time! The location was great because it was right in the middle of the market place and getting around by foot is very easy. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the ferry station too which is very convenient if you arrive here by train. Breakfast here was also great!
