Hotel Feichtinger is located in the centre of Graz, only a 5-minute walk away from Graz Art Museum and the historic old town. WiFi access is available free of charge. On the evening of Sunday the 24th I was enjoying a drink at the bar when I witnessed a disgruntled guest complaining to staff. The behaviour of the guest was disgraceful- aggressive, hostile and unreasonable. At all times the staff responded with dignity, patience and respect. I was extremely impressed and wanted to commend your team for their performance. Well done all.

The Restaurant is charming, the breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and the bathroom renovated and modern. A really charming place, will definitely go back
