Situated in Rydal, Eagle View Escape features 5-star accommodation with private balconies. The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a coffee machine. The location was wonderful. I loved the animals all around us and the views were incredible. A great place to unwind and relax. Perfect for couples to get away. The staff were really nice. You get to feed alpaccas and they have a common room where you can play board games, pool, grab movies to watch in your room.

200 meters from Katoomba Train Station, The Carrington offers elegant accommodation in a heritage-listed refurbished manor. I really enjoyed everything from the warm welcome to the level of service. Staff is wonderful! Excellent breakfast and food in the dining room, the bar is well stocked. The Carrington has an undiscribable atmosphere. If in Katoomba this is the place to stay if you enjoy an old (1880) colonial hotel. Sitting on the veranda you can almost feel like taken back in time (with som imagination of course). I highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff and close to the train station. Just about a 5 min.walk {Tip: walk on the path on the left hand side of the road down to the hotel - It's less steep).The 3 course dinner was fantastic and the view was incredible. Lovely older rural hotel.

Not to mention all the cool ppl at this hostel and the nice campfire socials! We ended up going on a hike together as well. My favorite hostel experience in AU. I was debating this and YHA for the Blue mountains - I would definitely return to this place. Stayed for a few nights (I think 4?) and regretted not staying longer. The hostel is close to the Katoomba train station and grocery marts.

The Archibald Hotel was one of the best places I stayed in whilst in Australia. I visited the Blue Mountains in early March and stayed a night at the Archibald on my way out of the Blue Mountains. The place was as expected. A comfortable bed and room above the bar, with free parking. Staff were cracking - friendly and helpful throughout. Genuinely if I'm ever that way again, I will be stopping in as you couldn't argue with the customer service.

The included continental breakfast was generous with lots of choice. comfy beds, nice towels and good showers. This is a grand old hotel. The common areas are very elegant. The room was quite spacious and well lit. View of the Blue Mountains was nice to wake up to. There is a small fridge and coffee facilities in the room. Location is excellent with dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Katoomba is close to the Three Sisters and Leura, a nice town to visit.

Lovely large bedrooms unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best so didn’t get to sit by their outside pool.
