Just Right. A small secluded apartment in a rural setting. Not too much. Not too little. Just right in most respects. Underwhelmed at first, we quickly came to appreciate the features that made our stay in the Clare Valley memorable. Recommend a lunch or dinner at the Watervale Hotel. - 5 kilometres away. Walk the Reisling Trail and explore the history of Penwortham. or just cuddle up with a good book

We had a great time staying at Sue's house, perfect for our family of 4 The house was very clean, welcoming and well stocked, in a good location with walking distances to local amenities. Comfy beds, hot shower with shampoo and conditioner if needed. Kitchen with all items you need, clean and well presented. Definitely recommended the place if you are planing a trip to Clare Valley, South Australia

We stayed in Amy's Cottage 2 - great location, beautifully presented and walking distance to The Rising Sun hotel and local cafes, only a short drive to other towns and wineries in the Clare Valley. Really appreciated the variety of options made available for breakfast, definitely exceeded our expectations. Lovely grounds to relax in and nice and peaceful at night.

Breakfast was included in the price of the apartment and was excellent. A large bowl of fruit was also included whish we found was a nice touch. The apartment was well located for day trips in the Clare Valley and close to the lovely town of Auburn. Finally the gardens surrounding the apartment were magnificent and a delight to wander thru.

We thought the accommodation was superb and the breakfast provisions were excellent. We did enjoy the breakfast at the Watervale store as well. Nicola & Warwick were fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for us right down to Warwick driving us to & from the Watervale Hotel - yet another fantastic meal in Clare Valley!

Very cute hotel in a good location in the Clare Valley. The main town centre and shops are around 15-20minutes walk away. The room was basic but comfortable

Lovely little apartment ideal for romantic little getaway and touring the Clare Valley wineries.

Great facilities close to Clare. Cabin had roomy living areas. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very accomodating.

Our room was wonderful with extra details tended too. There was a snake for the door which helped with breeze and that extra annoying light problem we all face at night, there were bins in every room, a full length mirror and the bed was very comfortable!

Perfect setting for a weekend getaway. Everything about this site is amazing, comfy beds, amazing spa/bathroom and an open fire place to top it off. Breakfast was supplied as these are self contained rooms, and we just topped up with some extra trimmings from the local markets. Already planning another Clare weekend away.

What a gorgeous cottage for our short holiday! Beautiful inside, fresh and clean , with great decorating touches. Beds were ever so comfortable with luxurious linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Relaxing on the verandah in the evening with a wine was quiet and restful.

As soon as you arrive you feel relaxed as the property is private with a beautiful outlook. It’s private with the other sites a good distance from you so you don’t feel crowded. It’s a cute place and a perfect romantic location.

Loved the exciting drive to the property, the serenity and isolation, the knick knacks to explore in the cottage, the gazebo was perfect for the cocktail hour. The breakfasts were generous (very delicious bacon) - way beyond our capacity to finish!
