It was a peaceful natural setting amongst other acreage properties. James and Ingrid were great hosts, and the suite had everything I could need. It was stocked with plenty of food including bacon and fresh baked bread. The birds and kangaroos were right out the door and day trips to Lamington were within reach.

The location is stunning, in the middle of Springbrook, on a 2 min walk from Purlingbrook Falls lookout. Ebony, the host, is really lovely and very helpful. The yurt is amazing, very clean and comfortable, and is set on a little creek. There's a fire pit to make your own camp fire at night. It's really your own little sanctuary for a relaxed getaway.

Set on 14 acres alongside the UNESCO World Heritage listed Springbrook Plateau, Springbrook Mountain Chalets offers accommodation with a patio and a hot tub or spa bath. Our stay was amazing!! The place is very clean, organised and comforting. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Paul and Sharron were incredible, providing great local tips and even helping us out on our last day with a flat battery issue. Amazing people. Will definitely visit the place again.

Loved waking to the birds calling out and the pademelons and brush turkeys everywhere. Lovely touches to make our stay special, including after dinner port! Great walking in the area. Very helpful staff keen to tell us all about the area.

The Mouses House offers a choice of 12 chalets nestled within peaceful rainforest, only 30 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast. Everything is excellent. The house is highly valuable for money. It is very spacious, has many rooms. I ordered a cheese platter for dinner which is big in portion and is also very valuable for money. I had a comfortable stay for 1 night.
