I did not catch her name, but the young lady at reception, with long red hair, was an absolute joy. Run off her feet, working at a bustling front desk for hours by herself, with seemingly no break, but so friendly, personable and helpful.

We were traveling with three seniors and needed to find a hotel immediately. The Amsterdam Inn luckily had availability for us and welcomed us in immediately. Then we found it was a top quality establishment with new and comfortable facilities. Everything was clean and inviting and the staff were very accommodating. Our room at the back of the hotel had the most beautiful view of the Florenceville River Valley and mountains. I guarantee we will visit again. I should add that the restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

First time staying at The Crowne Plaza Saint John, and I loved it! Modern, nice views from my room. I loved the pool, and gym. I also ate at the attached restaurant, and the food was so delicious, my recommendation is the turkey dinner. Don't hesitate to book at the Crowne Plaza Saint John! My stay was wonderful.

The room and bathroom were spotless and fresh smelling. The vinyl tiles on the floor were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and inviting. The sheets felt soft and new. The towels were nice and clean. As a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe. There were security cameras around the property. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The blinds were very good for keeping the light out. The owners were very welcoming and made me feel at home.
