Staff were excellent, very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and spotless. It's halfway between mountains and big cities, that's why we picked this location. It's about 40 minutes from Basel airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Titilis mountains. You need to rent a car if you choose this hotel. Thank you for all your kindness and hard work. The hotel room was large enough to accommodate al 4 of us (2 parents + 2 kids). The view was verry nice, since the room has large windows on 3 sides of the building. The morning breakfast was great and the lady that was preparing the cofee/food was nice and polite, she helped us with the small kids in preparing the food for them as they liked it. There are some restaurants verry close nearby, if you want to eat something afther check in, no restaurant was available within hotel when we stayed there. Overal we had a verry nice stay and we didn't had big expectations but it was more than nice.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bären Suhr and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers free parking, making it convenient for travelers with vehicles. Located in a peaceful area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its reasonable prices, it offers excellent value for money, especially for short stays. Although it's a bit outside the city, it's easily accessible by car. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bären Suhr for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

Located a few minutes walk from the Thermae baths; tickets for which were included for the whole of our stay, including the day we left. Had a lovely spacious room with a good sized balcony.Also had a coffee machine. We’re able to lock our bikes securely in their garage. I was on a cycling trip and needed a hotel approximately half way between Basel and Konstanz. This led me to Bad Zurzach. What I liked about the property was the heritage building with its interior courtyard where the restaurant was located. Also, the staff were very friendly. There was a place in the courtyard for my bicycle to be safe overnight.

The stuff are the best in this hotel. We had to reschedule the dates for the stay and the receptionist Diana did everything(contacting the manager, contacting booking support etc) just to help us and she was very kind when we checked in the other day. The room is new, clean and spacious. There was free parking in private garage which was really good.
