Surrounded by a large park, Hotel Schloss Ragaz is located on the outskirts of Bad Ragaz, next to the golf courses and the thermal spa bath. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They upgraded us as it was my birthday! Our room was modern, very comfortable and reasonably sized. The castle part of the hotel is very traditional and beautiful. Set in picturesque gardens, a short walk away from the golf course and thermal baths. Attentive staff in the restaurant. Good selection of fresh food (lots of different bread choices, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs etc.) for breakfast.

Peaceful location and easy access for the spa and the golf course. Very helpful & friendly staff. Restaurant at the Chateau is very convenient. The walk into town is not too far though. Swimming pool is just next to the annex apartments. Maienfeld and Heidiland also within walking distance. Pizolbahn is just a short bus ride.

I liked everything. It was my best birthday with a view. The restaurant is very good. The most sweet for me thing was, when I asked about the cheese I liked, the girl immediately answered: oh, it‘s from this mountain! It’s so nice to eat cheese not from the supermarket, but „from the local mountain“. Thank you!

The staff were fabulous! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view from the shared balcony. A must stay if you are stopping at Heidi Village. The restaurant was delicious too.
