Xiaolin, the host, was wonderful. She gave us loads of tips, made us feel really welcome, and assisted with anything we needed. We loved that there were snacks available in the kitchen at any time, there were loads of seating places in the hotel, and that the room had a heater for when it got cold at night. Despite the general setting being constantly covered in a layer of sand, our room was spotlessly clean. The location is also brilliant - only a couple of minutes walk to the main square, loads of restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the bakery around the corner.

The staff were all amazing, I wish I could name everyone individually but they were so helpful, thoughtful and attentive, truly 6* service. The food and drink were of an incredible high standard and great variety and choice. The Knowledgeable guides (Gaspar and team) made our trip with the remarkable excursions. Once is a lifetime experience!

You absolutely need to rent a car from calama airport in order to stay at this apartment and live the glorious moments that Atacama desert is offering.

I loved everything about this place! I only have good things to say. Location is close to Caracoles but still quiet. Service was great. We came back late from a tour and they kindly kept the restaurant open a little longer for us to eat dinner. Breakfast was great and very filling. There were places to rest and relax around the hotel. Loved sitting by the pool. There was consistently hot water in the shower. Heater in the room. Covid protocols in place, felt very safe. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Franklin and his wife Carla run an amazing B&B, a little outside the city which makes it a very good spot for star gazing. Since we came by ourselves with a rented car, Franklin gave us very good tips of where to go, suggesting routes, helping us with purchasing tickets for the places we wanted to go and giving us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.
