It’s impressive to have 24hours free snacks and coffee. 7th floor has great view. All staff are friendly and very professional. Specious room with great water pressure for a hot shower. Sauna is also 24 hours available which is so much appreciated after a cold day tour.

Experience The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, a 5-star hotel in Berlin just a few steps from Potsdamer Platz and other local attractions. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. The hotel location was excellent, just a minute away by walking from the metro and most attractions are very close from the hotel. The attentions from the staff were excellent, as they proved to be both very efficient and friendly. The room was great, our bed was amazing and we got to take advantage of their wellness facilities.

Stylish rooms, luxury spa facilities and excellent views of Berlin are offered at the Mandala Suites. All was excellent and better than expected with the exception of no espresso machine which was odd. Most places have this facility nowadays, especially a hotel of this caliber. It was quiet, spotless clean.

This 5-star design hotel in central Berlin offers stylish studios and suites with kitchen facilities. This was one of the most comfortable hotels experiences we ever had, at a great price to value ratio. - The room is spatious, with a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a couch and a desk. - The bed was perfect to sleep in - and you have blackout curtains in case you enjoy afternoon naps. - It was quiet, you couldn't hear anything from outside or inside the hotel (this one's really important to us). - The bathroom products smelled goooood. - Smooth, fast internet connection. - Friendly hotel staff (also, impressive english accents). - If you're a runner, do note that the hotel is close to Tiergarten - a huge lovely park full of other runners. And the location is central overall, with public transport stations that connect you to anywhere you'd like to go. p.s .We didn't get a chance to test the spa, gym or the breakfast.
