Hotel und Restaurant Bühlhaus is situated only a 3-minute walk from the Badegarten sauna theme park and is surrounded by the Erzgebirge mountains and forests. A breakfast buffet is also provided. I loved the location, right outside town so nature was all around. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we ate in both nights. They even cooked goat cheese which I brought with me, because we don't have it in my country. They have a beautiful outside space to eat but it was too cold for us to sit there in the evening. However it is a great place for lunch or afternoon coffee. The atmosphere is more of a warm home than an impersonal hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Freyhof is set in Freiberg, 300 metres from Mittelsächsisches Theater. Every room has a flat-screen TV. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. First of all, there is parking right behind the hotel, which is a huge plus. Free from Saturday from 2 pm until Monday morning. (Stand February 2024). When we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly lady. She explained everything to us and off we went to our room. We had a lovely family room, which was extremely clean and smelled lovely. The beds are very comfortable. I wish I had read the part before where it says I could have asked for another pillow. Well I know for the next time. We even got a little chocolate on our pillow and water as a welcome (again, stand 2024). Breakfast was beautiful. The most amazing selection of anything your heart desires. We will definitely return. Freiberg is a beautiful little town, and this hotel is right in the center and walking distance from all the sights. The view from the hotel windows is also breathtaking.

Excellent quiet hotel in the midst of nature with spacious rooms, new nicely furbished spa and wellness area with a variety of saunas including a proper Finnish sauna with a great view across the ore mountains. Great location right on the cross-country skiing, hiking and biking trails. Nice restaurant, very good breakfast and modern regional cuisine. Very friendly staff. World famous owner.

The staff was super friendly, the integrated vinotheque had an exceptional choice. Breakfast was well balanced and moderately priced. The rooms stylish and brand new and spotless clean, the WIFI super fast. A 10 minute walk brings you to the centre and the cool Am Brühl area, equipped with nice bars and restaurants. If i ever go back, i would go again to Alexxxanders, nowhere else

Despite the interior being from the 80/90s it certainly woke memories from first hotel visits in childhood, with coca-cola 0.5L vending machine and speckled concrete flooring. A game room with air hockey and other gaming machines. Multiple renting opportunities for bikes, mini golf and so on. Own tourist info in hotel. Two restaurants. Basically a lot like all inclusive stay in Egypt. Breakfast buffet was huge and pretty to look at. 👍. In house cinema with daily program. Daily program for everyone displayed in reception and lifts to make day more varied. Evening party with dj/ comedian. Parking costs reasonable 7€/day (off season) with leave and return at no extra cost option.
