Recently restored boutique hotel from 1929, located on the beachfront in Bakio. Exquisite architecture with attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. We really liked the hotel. It is a small family business, the service is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and worth the price! You won't find anything better in the area. We'll definitely come back.

Eco Hotel Rural Lurdeia - Adults Only is a country house located in Bermeo. Surrounded by lush greenery, all rooms include a flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower. Everything! Lurdeia was so beautiful and lovingly cared for, from the hotel itself and it’s rooms, to the well tended grounds, and the delicious breakfasts artistically served and most of all the kindness of our hosts. We felt well cared.

Set on the Bay of Biscay, this charming hotel is located in Mendexa, 5 minutes’ drive from Lekeitio and 20 km from Mutriku. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Outstandingly beautiful small hotel with stunning garden and view. Breakfast was great. We had the corner room which decorated in kinda 70s style. Overall the hotel had a certain 70s Bond movie style with a huge lounge with Wassily chairs etc.

This impressive castle is located in Gautegiz Arteaga, in the Basque Country’s Urdaibai Nature Reserve. It offers a gourmet restaurant with a roof terrace boasting fantastic countryside views. Location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities exceptional. An authentic castle in lovely grounds. A truly romantic setting. The roof terrace was a plus.

Very convenient for travelers: bus to Bilbao right in front of the hotel; hotel has its own restaurant + local cafes cross the road, supermarket next door Our room is not big but functional & spotless, bed is very comfortable, bath towels are of high quality. Luruna Palacio has its own secured car park which is not always the case in Spain. Above all, the staff of this hotel are exceptional. Our big thanks to the lovely Itsasu. She’s often above and beyond her duty helping her guests, she’s a real asset to the hotel. Itsasu made our stay extra special. Big kisses & hugs from Australia :)
