Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lots of activities to do. Really good selection of delicious food for breakfast and excellent service at meal times. Only 5 minutes from Rovaniemi airport. I would highly recommend it to any family with children.

The hotel was located in a great area with beautiful winter walking trails and not too far a walk from town.

Service was excellent- we had noted that we were celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary and there was a chilled champagne bottle waiting for us which was perfect for the occasion.

The location of this hotel is very good. Although it takes ten minutes to drive to Santa Claus Village, the environment is quiet and there are super beautiful scenery. My daughter really likes this wooden house and wants to stay here forever. Every afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock, she can also enjoy a free Finnish sauna. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also very delicious. Our family will stay here again next time we come

Located in the picturesque northern nature, Santasport Resort is located close to Ounasvaara Ski Resort and only 2 km from Rovaniemi city centre. Hotel was exceptional in relation to activities for our 10 year old twins. From bowling to swimming pool with slide and soft play area with great value of €5 per child for 24 hours. Rooms were very spacious for the 4 of us with great facilities in the room. Great selection for breakfast with buffet style. Staff went above and beyond with any questions or requests we had. Will definitely be back again.
