The room was exceptionally clean and well designed. I loved the light fixtures and the colors in the room. The shower water pressure was really nice and the toiletries provided were good quality. The breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen. I'm vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. My favorite was the beans and falafel and I had a bowl of blueberry oats, greek yogurt were the berry puree. The staff was very warm and would greet me as they passed by me.

The staff was super friendly and I really appreciated their afternoon "tea" :) on Friday afternoon when arriving at the hotel. I was traveling with a small dog and I appreciate what they offered for my dog also a one-time fee for a pet is awesome instead of paying a fee per night. When we need a hotel in the future in Helsinki we will stay here without any doubt. Also, the hotel room was super quiet, bed was big and comfortable. Very happy with everything!!

The Finnish Gentleman was quite nice and extremely helpful, as he upgraded me to a different hostel room with one other person rather than a crowded one. I really loved the bed he chose for me, allowing me to look to the snow-covered city outside.

I loved this hotel. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. I had my touring bicycle and they let me keep it in the luggage room. The sauna gives one the opportunity to experience Finns enjoying an important part of their culture. It’s lovely to take a plunge in the pool after (It’s big enough to do laps.). The breakfast provided ample variety and a good start to the day. The location is fantastic. Perhaps request a room with a view of the Natural History Museum —we loved it.
