Relais de Chambord is a hotel situated in Chambord, a 4-minute walk from Château de Chambord. The setting of this hotel has to be seen to be believed - it is literally within the grounds of Chateau de Chambord and only metres away from it. We were able to walk around the grounds of the Chateau with nobody else there, which was magical. The staff were wonderful and check in and out were very efficient.

This was a perfect place for us to stop over for the night with our one year old daughter (who particularly enjoyed the giant teddy bear). The breakfast was delicious, the facilities were clean and the staff were lovely. As we were so pleased, we re-booked this hotel for our stopover when returning home.
