Location is excellent, a great place place for a breakfast just in the corner of the Hotel. Hudson’s Bar is comfortable and cozy. The room had a little view to the London Eye, which was really amazing.

Grim's Dyke is a wonderful historic and quiet place. I really enjoyed to stay there whilst I had to wait to get my apartment ready to move in. The hotel is located in the middle of pure nature with giant redwood trees and authentic forest surrounding whereas it is still located in the greater London area with urban infrastructure and all essential amenities just about one mile away. Very kind and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast!!
This hotel is well situated just off the motorway so it's easily accesible and not far from greater London. You can't here noise from the road though. We stayed for two nights with breakfast included. Large room with lots of space and very clean. Breakfast is served until 11am which is good if you want a lie in. There was a good variety at breakfast and the staff were accommodating.
Friendly, courteous staff. Sufficient (free) parking. Very well located close to Ilford station with frequent transfers to Stratford where you can change to the Underground. Good breakfast - continental (cereals, pastries, etc.) plus freshly prepared hot selection (this comment relates to Best Western Greater London where we transferred to).
They redirect Us to the Best Western Greater London hotel, because in Cranbrook Hotel they have a plumber problems.

It's location is perfect. It's near to the Paddington station and a few minutes walk to bus stops and the Hyde Park. The price deal is also worth it since they have free breakfast included. And it's not just cereal, toast and coffee breakfast, they've got the full english b/fast as well. It is really worth the stay & helps you save money.

Was a nice surprise to get breakfast included, even if I chose without when making a booking.
The breakfast had everything that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The location was fabulous - 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park or Regent Street. Very quiet and secure. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was an unexpected surprise. All the amenities you would expect.
I liked a lot the combination of old and new architecture. The dining room was nice and the gym and pool facilities

I’m known for walking 5 miles or more to get where I want to go despite having a vehicle to use, despite that, the train station and stores are within 10-15 min walk depending on how fast I felt like going that day. The property is relatively quiet and comfortable, and at no time did we fee like walking around the area outside at night was an issue. The room was comfortable for 2 people, and the staff maintained it cleaned and stocked regularly. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating, we lost our flight due to a storm you see, and they had no issue helping us out when we had no control over what happened, giving directions, or even helping us find a microwave to reheat dinner that had gone cold. Trivial things to most people, but despite the few annoyances of the travel, we had a very relaxing and fun experience in London.
