Really friendly hosts who could not have done more for us. The location close to the stone circles in Avebury was a bonus, as we had originally intended just a stop over on the way back to London.

With a 2AA Rosettes restaurant and a bar, The Peppermill Town house Hotel & Restaurant is located in the heart of Devizes town centre. It is situated right slap bang in the middle of Devizes. The room was large and quiet and very clean. The staff were exceptional. We ate in the restaturant at night and the food was brilliant. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

The Manor House is a stunning 14th-century building set in 365 acres of secluded parkland on the outskirts of Bath. Wonderful stay in one of the cottages’ rooms in the mews. The hotel is a dream come true. Great location and definitely worth to have a walk around the property. We had a very nice afternoon tea. The staff is so helpful and extremely kind.

From KRW 134,329 per nightThe inn is off the beaten track and was chosen by us as a base for walking the downs of South Wiltshire; with excellent walks from the doorstep and dozens more a short drive from our base. The staff were particularly friendly; the cooked breakfast, using local produce, a well prepared treat. Although very much a “pub with rooms” rather than a hotel, this was little hardship as the dining/bar area was a charming place to relax (serving Butcombe’s great range of ales) and was by no means noisy when it came to bed.

Lovely location with beautiful views over the Wiltshire fields. The hotel was quiet and relaxing with pretty gardens that you could walk around. The bedroom was large, comfortable double bed and the ensuite bathroom was nice and the shower was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although not much of a selection of fruit. The lounge area was comfortable and relaxing.

Lovely little studio apartment in a rural setting. Lots of thought had gone into the modern decor and the small kitchen was really helpful. Hosts was very friendly and accommodating. Great communication. Quiet and peaceful, nice local walks on the door step and easy drive into Bristol/Bath and Wiltshire. Enjoyed the TV, good shower, fold down table was a clever addition.
