Every other day there are musicians in the lobby - but not only - the lead singer Mario and the guitarist Sergio are simply stunning. Very high quality music! Definitely the biggest highlight of our trip! Thank you! The spa and fitness area also has a fitness trainer available (for free), which is such a nice extra! We worked out with Maria every morning! Such a great start for the day! The spa area is also very enjoyable with a variety of pools and saunas. Exceptional selection of breakfast available - high quality food! And very nice staff! Overall the staff was very helpful and attentive.

I took a COVID test in the morning to return to the USA given by someone not associated with the hotel. Never received results by email and flight was next morning. Got back to hotel at 7pm and explained problem to clerk at front desk. He called them and got the results sent to him and then printed them out for me. Excellent customer service!!!

The staff, especially, Mari, provided exceptional customer service and compassion. He is a new hire to the hotel and his kindness greatly reflects upon his character and work ethic. Roberto also left a lasting impression. Traveling solo can be frustrating when unforeseen events develop. I was extremely fortunate to have met Mari who went out his way to make sure that I arrived on time to the airport for an early morning flight. Overall, the staff makes the property exceptional.
