Set 400 metres from Carlingford Castle, Mc Kevitts Village Hotel offers 2-star accommodation in Carlingford and features a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. It felt like I'd stepped back in time in this place, in a good way! The room was fine, nothing exciting, but I loved the pub/restaurant and various areas to hang out in and relax. The hotel ambience was relaxing, inviting. I expected Yeats to walk in at any moment. There's a little courtyard we didn't discover til the day we were leaving. Be sure to check that out! Staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming. It's a lovely location in the centre of what I'd call a small town with a village feel. I wish we'd booked a longer stay. There are interesting sites to visit close by. I enjoyed the shops around the hotel. Of all the places I visited in my 3 weeks in Ireland, this was one of the few I'd pick to live in if I had the desire to move!

Situated in Dundalk, the family run Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort is set within 130 acres of parkland. Excellent place to stay, felt like you were staying in a castle. Had a wonderful dinner in the dinning room and the breakfast was exceptional. Great place!! Had a beautiful corner room!!!!

The Hotel Imperial is in Dundalk town centre, close to all the major attractions and shops, bars and restaurants. It has free parking, modern bars and coffee shop. Great staff clean tidy location brilliant

Flynns of Termonfeckin Boutique Hotel is located on the banks of the Ballywater River and is a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Drogheda. very nice and quiet and beautiful grounds. tucked away just a bit away from Drogheda so easy to go for food as Termonfeckin closes shops early most days. large and spacious room very clean. great breakfast. great staff.

The Gateway Hotel Dundalk, where extraordinary experiences and unmatched service await you. The room, restaurant, staff, all was great. The room is ispacious and comfortable, the restaurant on the top floor has a beautiful view and delicious food. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub separate, which is very convenient. The breakfast was great, with a big buffet and fluffy Pancakes made to order as part of the price.

The Glenside is located in beautiful countryside just 2 km from Drogheda and 5km from the beach at Bettystown. There is a bar, a la carte restaurant and free parking. Loved the new rooms done up,stayed here 7 years ago on a trip back from NZ and stayed this time again and was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was looking. Food was lovely, staff were lovely, shout out to Julia for been extra helpful and always smiling.

Escape to The Carrickdale for comfort and indulgence on the Cooley Peninsula. It has a leisure centre, a fitness centre and the therapeutic Serenity Spa. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms were clean and warm. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

In picturesque Carlingford, The Four Seasons Hotel overlooks the Cooley Peninsula, with beautiful views of Cooley Mountains and Carlingford Lough. The hotel is a 1-hour drive from Dublin and Belfast. Everything was excellent. Wow such beautiful room and what a comfy bed. Lovely place to stay.

Originally built in 1867, this charming town house has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings. amazing property steeped in history, artwork and beautiful furniture.
