The location is superb. It is just beside Sendai Station and it is fully sheltered. The room is right sized for couple and the breakfast while not as widespread nevertheless do showcase Miyagi's regional speciality which is appreciated. The staff is professional and detailed in their explanation. Despite the fact that English is not their main language, the staff nevertheless tried to make conversation as smooth as possible. My Japanese is shaky.

I miss traveling around the world. I felt that i was in another country because the minute we entered the hotel we were guided to a (LIKE) VIP check-in where you'll be seated and was offered some welcome drinks. We booked a connecting room where my grandchildren were happy and they loved the view outside the balcony. Most of all the Outlet mall and the local mall was just walking distance. My family enjoyed our stay.

Everything is amazing. It is expensive, but you get what you pay. I recommend staying for at least 2 nights. I stayed for only one night, and I think I could have enjoyed more (like the gardens and the free rental bike service) if I had more time. Having said that,I thoroughly enjoyed my bedroom, the lounge, restaurant, the baths. The free all you can eat ice cream in the lounge was also a positive surprise.
