I was in the room Kifaru (Rhino in swahili) The staff was so friendly and professional, Lilly the Manager made sure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the food in Restaurabt 5th Avenue was superbe! I highly recommend this hotel, it’s just amazing!

Boma Nairobi is located in South C, 10 minutes’ drive from Jomo Kenyatta international Airport, Wilson Airport (6 km), Westland and CBD ( Central Business District) by using the Express Highway. I had the most wonderful stay here and wish I had longer. The room was huge and comfortable with everything you could need. I had a wonderful view over the city of Nairobi. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of everything you could wish for. I loved the selection of fresh fruits and yoghurt, the continental options and the freshly made omelettes or eggs of your choice. The cafe was great and I enjoyed my many cappuccino from here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel very much at home as a solo traveler. The hotel was always so prompt and helpful in responding to my many queries before arrival and organised me a pick up to and from the airport on arrival and departure. I was able to store my luggage here while I went on Safari for a few days and I felt like coming home when I returned to the Boma Hotel with such a friendly welcome back. The option to order dinner to the room is great when you wish to relax and enjoy in the great room. The spa is amazing and had a wonderful hot stone massage here. Overall the hotel has everything and is in a great location in Nairobi. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel . Amazing stuff, housekeeper Julie was cleaning the room every single day .. Restaurant was very clean , very good food at restaurant Maxwell and Goretti was very professional and always smiling and in good mood. Reception was very good , Violet ,Yvonne and Phanice where very good , they made check in and check out so fast in almost 2 minutes . Security Habel was very good and smiling .
