This is the 5th time staying in this hotel whenever we're on vacation to Cameron Highlands. This time around CH a bit heavily jammed from Brinchang to Kea Farm about 4 hours long. Have to call the receptionist to request a late check out. The staff understood our situation and explained that late check out at 1 o' clock is acceptable, but every hour late after that will be extra charge for RM50/hour. We arrived at the hotel at 1.45 p.m, and been charged RM50. Out of generosity, the charge has been refunded by the hotel to us.

The apartment can accommodate 9 people at one time..It’s near to Tanah Rata town and easily accessible to banks, food court, fruits stalls and many more…the house is clean and the linens smell nice…We enjoy the Netflix and even able to cook oden for our dinner…The utensils are complete…the only flaw is the heater in the second bathroom…it suddenly became cold when my kids in the shower…Other than that…A one apartment in Tanah Rata is the best…Will like to have it as our gate away next visit to Cameron Highlands…

Madam Lacy herself waited on us for check-in us in and then assisted us to the unit. She was very enthusiastic to provide as much assistance as she possibly can to make our visit to Cameron Highlands as exciting as possible. The apartment was very clean, very tidy and had all the necessities. Location wise, it is quite close to most of everything, if you are driving that is. Not sure how easy it is to get grab service around Cameron - I assume there are services available

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and tidy. Located in a quiet residential area not far from Brinchang yet closed to most of the tourist attractions. View from the balcony is awesome overlooking Cameron Valley tea plantation, vegetable farms and a river. Host of the apartment, Winni is very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous Sunset & Tea Plantation View Premium Hotel Bed is a true hidden gem in Cameron Highlands not to be missed!

It was a good decision to book this apartment as we had privacy and convenience. We wanted a living and dining area to gather round for conversation and snacks and this place provided just what we needed. There were enough plates, glassware and cutlery to go around. The filtered drinking water was so useful too. The shower facilities were good too. We rested well after a long drive to Cameron Highlands.

The apartment was as described. It was clean and comfortable. The building is very close to Centrium Mall so you can access many restaurants and a grocery store. But you have to walk through the parking garage and down the ramp from the building to the mall. That is not so convenient. We used this place as a base to explore the Cameron Highlands. We did enjoy the tourist activities in the area.

Everything! The Inn is a piece of heaven, the perfect place to escape from the overcrowded Cameron highlands and learn more about the Orang Asli culture…the people working there are very nice, the food was just incredible and the hike we took with Abah was a must! The two days we spent at the Inn were definitely one of the best souvenirs of our holiday in Malaysia! We highly recommend it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. Check in was easy and the apartment is very clean. The staff also attended to our requests promptly. Kitchen for this unit was well equipped and we were able to prepare breakfasts and steamboat dinner on our stay there. Location was also a plus point as well. It was very close to attractions around Cameron Highlands.

Such a pleasant stay in this peaceful hostel right in the centre of Tanah Rata town, the best starting point to visit Cameron Highlands. Everything is sparking clean and well organized in the hostel, there is free water dispenser and local tea available :) relaxing common area with a view over the town and billiard. The lady at the reception is kind and helpful.

The rooms were extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. No AC but in the cool Cameron Highlands the fan is more than enough. The bathrooms were also very clean. Towels and toilet paper provided. The location is good, is about 10/15 mins walking distance from the town (we did not mind this!) but there are other hostels which are closer.

As a frequent traveller to Cameron Highlands, I would proudly say this apartment is the cleanest compared to all apartments I have stayed. The host also responds to all my queries immediately. Comfortable and clean, very well maintained. Will definitely come back for a break in mossy forest family retreat.

This was an amazing hostel which was basically a fully equipped studio apartment with a kitchen, lounge and balcony! Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Cameron Highlands - they offered some great tours and recommendations all through their comprehensive website.

Good location to explore cameron highlands, the apartment is spacious, but need some work in the bathroom and also would need some small lamp in the bedrooms to make them more cozy, certainly it's a suggestion but it's not a Must! It was suitable for 3 nights.

Room is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Has a gym in Cameron Highlands hotels is rare. Location wise is good, got few good restaurant around. Not so crowded around hotel. Got a big football field outside the hotel where I love it as I jog everyday.

The entire hostel was very clean and quiet. The innkeeper Mark was very friendly and always helpful in tending to my enquiries about Cameron Highlands. The location of Sleepbox is also very convenient as there are 2 restaurants right below it, banks and Watsons.

The location was great, the apartment is near restaurants and convenience stores. There are even tourist destinations within walking distance. Hence it is a perfect spot to avoid traffic jams in Cameron Highlands.

I think it's the most beautiful place in Cameron Highlands. Second time to stay in this beautiful hotel and everything was excellent.
