Kuala Selangor is a nice place for you to get away from busy KL. Only 2 hours drive from KL, you can enjoy serenity offered here, the Bukit Melawati, K Selangor Nature Park (enjoy mangrove swamp view), and lotsa eateries offered. If you go to Sekinchan you better go to Lembah Bernam restaurant, cheap food and exotic restaurant. I would highly prefer to eat at Lembah Bernam compared to overpriced Aroma Restaurant. 3D art gallery is a waste of money. Better spend your night to watch Kelip -Kelip at Kg Kuantan instead.

If you are staying in the city, the Kuala Selangor Firefly Park is a very nice place to visit during your stay. The firefly park gives refuge to one of the biggest firefly colonies in the world. Kuala Selangor is a small fishing village northwest of Kuala Lumpur. Finding the attraction is not that difficult; just follow Jalan Kuala Selangor from the city center until you reach Kuala Selangor. From there you just follow the signs that lead you to the firefly park.

This hotel is our favorite hotel to stay near Subang. Maintaining their cleanliness all the time. The surrounding area is excellent. Full of shops, markets and food stalls. Just below the hotel, Speedmart, CU, bakery is there for your basic needs. Parking is in any spot nearby. You can use the Smart Selangor application to pay the parking fee. They provide a tooth brush and paste. They have a powerbank on the go, so you can rent it.

The hotel was great. The location of the hotel being outside the city meant we where close to friends and family. We hired two adjoining rooms, so the kids where separate from us but linked. So really easy to be together. The rooms where spacious and very clean. The swimming pool was great, the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The food at the hotel was great and easily accessible from room service to the restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a variety mixed dishes. the reception person Ms Wani was really nice, we get free upgrade to Deluxe King-garden view for 2nd night stay, room was clean, and bigger compared to Studio King, so can stay direct for 2nights as we book Deluxe king for 1st night stay.
