The hosts of Ujana Damai were extremely friendly and hospitable, sending us map directions to the house, showering us with welcome gifts, and providing tips for places to visit and eat. We loved the decor, slept well on the comfortable beds, enjoyed ourselves in the pool, and appreciated very much the filtered water machine. We love being near Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, the airport, local stalls selling delicious food and fruits, within 30 minutes' drive to the city center, and of course the beautiful Terengganu coastline.

The house is very clean and comfortable. In addition, the rate is very affordable for an apartment with 3 bedrooms. Apartment Ladang Tok Pelam has always been my favorite place to stay whenever I travel to Terengganu. The management has improved their registration process as compared to previously. Now, the guests are no longer required to leave their driving licence at the guard house. Instead, we are given an access card which is truly convenient for the guests going in and out during their stay.

Alhamdulillah syukur so far the apartment and facilities are comfortable and clean. Every rooms including living room has air conditioning. Great tv channel, Netflix , Disney Hotstar. Wifi. Can cook with the kitchen utensils , cuckoo , washing machine prepared by the great host en Wan fazli. Only the weather was not so good due to 🌧️ raining season. Need to go home as soon as possible after 3D2N stay to avoid flood. Pray for Terengganu n Kelantan.

We are Bikers group from Johor state at south of Malaysia, we really enjoyed the invorement, expecialy beach😍😍. The area was Very quiet, it's 2 km from Kuala Terengganu. Very easy to get private transport. Hotel room is normal like what we see at beach site chalet. Don't expect to much. Enjoy single movement, the staff was very friendly, and respect, it's culture of Terengganu people's. Planning to visit again with family.

The location is great just in Chinatown. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is clean and very comfortable to stay in. The owner is very nice and friendly. I arrive early and the room is ready to check in. This is really make me happy because we have travel from far and once we arrive can check in immediately to have a good rest. This is my third time stay here and will be back next time while travel to Kuala Terengganu.

The breakfast was quite nice. Eating breakfast while enjoying the Kuala Terengganu at 11th floor really was something memorable. The location of the hotel is also nice. Its just near the bus station of Kuala Terengganu. Also there is a lot of choices to eat around the hotel. The best places is Nasi Dagang Atas Tol which just behind the hotel. The pool also located at the 11th floor which is best to swim with family.

The hotel is really close to the beach, though we can’t swim, we did take a stroll along it. The location of the hotel to Kuala Terengganu is not more than 20 mins travel (we chartered a bus). And there were so many warungs (restaurants) nearby, it would be perfect if we had taken own car instead of a bus. Rooms got aircond, no problem.

We stayed in a few hotels in Terengganu for a week visit. This is the only hotel that we could sleep soundly, happily without even a single complaint. The room was clean, the facilities were great, just beside 7e, near Pasar Payang. The only thing is the stairs you have to climb up. Other than that, awesome!

The hotel was perfect , modern design , all working properly, bed was comfy, smart tv, internet so fast, the location was the center of the town. The price was perfect 💯. So affordable imo. If u visit terengganu this hotel is a no brainer. The best!

Good place to stay. Room is spacious, clean, have good facilities such as android tv, iron, microwave & small fridge. Location is in heart of Kuala Terengganu. Near Nasi Dagang Atas Tol, pasar payang & etc. Staff is helpful also.

the location is good but the food a bit bored and not realy satisfied they prepared just simple breakfast, i'm looking for traditional Terengganu cuisine or local food. Hotel management should provide variety selection of breakfast

Should be decorate more nicer with that amount of price without breakfast and pool. If i compare to continental hotel kuala terengganu, the price range almost the same with normal room but so far it was great and good. The ac quite hot

Location is superb. Very near to KTCC Mall, soon Mayang Mall and Draw Bridge. Room is spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast even not much of choices, but its complete and delicious with Terengganu's main dishes.

Easy to check in and check out. Bathroom was very clean and all the necessities were complete! I would definitely stay again if i come to terengganu. Theres a tealive inside the hotel which is very nice.

one of the most affordable hotels that have a pool in terengganu... the staff is very friendly and the best part of the pool is you can still play at pool until night... the room is also big and comfy...

I went on a trip with my spouse to Kuala Terengganu.Yet this is the best hotel so far with a reasonable price and a strategic location.I will surely recommend this hotel to my fellow friends

The location is just few minutes walk to Pasar Payang. Love the aesthetic of the hotel. Truly one of the best in Terengganu. Thanks for the free room upgrade! Had the most comfortable sleep.
