The building and the room looked really neat and well designed. Stuff is really great and helpful. During our check-in there was construction going on in the village therefore hotel had no water for some time, but they overcompensated with putting out morning and evening drinks for free(it was a really great gesture and also unexpected one). Breakfast is something extraordinary. I would definitely recommend to spend few days there. Top level room was extremely quite even while restaurant was still open. All in all top!

Everything was perfect. I got off the ferry and the Texelhopper took me right to the hotel. Hotel owner was very nice and he made the breakfast bar, although it was me staying there on a weekday in the slow season. Very cute hotel.

It honestly surprised me because it looks and feels better than the photos suggest. The house is incredibly cute and authentic and gives a real Texel vibe. The owner greeted us, showed us around, and for the rest of the stay we had complete privacy. Great location for exploring the island both by car or bicycles. And the neighbor's cat would wait to say 'hi' every morning! :D

We loved the entire property, with the sounds of nature. The breakfast is well catered and super fresh and delicious. The rooms are tastefully decorated and bathroom nice and modern. Everything was super clean. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was excellent! I would certainly recommend this lovely personal hotel and should I make my way to Texel again, I would not hesitate and book it again!

Cosy and very nice apartment. Surrounded by nature, however still easy to get to different locations. We had very nice hikes to the different areas of Texel from our stay. Kitchen was very nice! Had everything there that we needed. Bedroom and living area are also separate rooms. Bathroom was luxurious. We were welcomed very nicely. Very friendly owners😇. Parking was available, even a charger for electric car (2 point plug).

A good comfy place for a stay in De Koog. It is close to the main hub of the town and has a decent restaurant and bar. The sauna/steamroom was nice in the morning, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It was quite expensive however but this seems to be right across Texel - it's not a cheap place to visit. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

When you enter you are welcomed by the nice and gentle owners. The design of the hotel is wonderful. All the furniture are hand made by the owner from wood found in the beach. Hotel is very very clean, beds very comfortable and breakfast ok! In the hall there is a big room where to read / play / relax and drink some coffee, tea or some Texel beer.
