The best hotel on our road trip so far. We were upgraded to suites which were lovely. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Margrain Vineyard Martinborough offers stylish villas, luxury suites and gatehouse rooms, set in a vineyard with stunning views. The vineyard features an on-site café. Beautiful stay in beautiful Martinborough! We were very lucky with the weather and had a lovely day walking from vineyard to vineyard testing the local wines (after our complimentary tasting at Margrain of course!). Though we easily could have stayed in our spacious, comfortable room for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the sun soaked the balcony and the bed was very cosy. 10/10 great spot to spend a few nights in wine country!

Set on a large country estate with sweeping gardens and panoramic views of the Wairarapa wine-growing region, Parehua Resort features an open-air bar and fine dining restaurant. The helpful staff brought us to the vineyard we selected and back to the resort. Accommodation is perfect. Pleasant heat by the fireplace.

I highly recommend this place. The hosts were very hospitable friendly and reliable. There was everything we needed and it was spotless, clean tidy and great interior decor. Off-street parking a bonus. Fenced off property with private back yard and outdoor area, perfect for our little dog. Everything provided for breakfast, great value for money. Very comfortable beds. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
