Friendly guy at the reception, great burgers in the restaurant, good breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. Pricing was also reasonable (both hotel and restaurant).

This budget hotel is set in Borlänge’s largest shopping centre, Kupolen. It offers a communal kitchen, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. Romme Alpine Ski Resort is 10 km away. Self check in went very well. I appreciated the consideration given to my accessibility needs when booking. I was really comfortable in my room, shower was good too. I appreciated having access to a kitchen when I arrived late evening then having breakfast included. I had a brief stay between train journeys. The location was perfect. A totally smooth path from the station was appreciated with wheelchair and luggage. Would happily stay again.

Perfect location, very clean, great breakfast a lot of choices, very friendly staff. All in all a good stay! Very nice spa area , free parking behind the building .
