We stop there just for one night and although the access is not very straightforward, the hotel is located in the city center and we have received excellent instructions to find the parking. The room was simple and modern. The breakfast was fantastic! So so good with the options and best poached eggs we’ve ever had. Convenient to stay there if dining, which we did and it was superb, the food is amazing! The room itself was quite basic, no bottled water, our bathroom door didn’t shut properly, and the aircon in the evening wasn’t switched on so the room got very hot - we opened the window but then the traffic noise from the road next wakes you up immediately! And some people speaking in the early hours (4am) outside the room kept waking us up so didn’t rest well unfortunately.

The staff is amazing—Primoz got me emergent dental care that I never could have figured out myself due to the language barrier. He basically saved my entire trip! He absolutely vent above and beyond the call of duty. Also the wine tasting with him as host was just so much fun, and we loved the tent! The whole place would be lovely but with Primoz it went from fantastic to out of this world. I am eternally grateful to him and his hospitality, kindness, and knowledge.
