The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast and lunch included was delicious and more than enough. We also had dinner twice in the restaurant. Both times the food was fantastic. The spa and saunas were wonderful. So glad they opened the outdoor pool for us. It was quite the experience to swim outside as the snow is falling around you. And the outdoor jacuzzi at night, with the city lights all around you, in a snowstorm… that is a memory we will have with us for a long time!

The hotel looks very new, everything is spotless, the inside of the hotel smells like Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue perfume. The room was perfect, bathroom super clean and the bed was so comfortable I had a very good sleep. Karina, the girl at the reception was lovely and so helpful. As I got up very late in the morning she was nice to help me get some coffee, as at that hour the restaurant was closed, after breakfast which we skipped. We were upgraded to mountain view rooms as well, which was again a plus for the reception girl. The spa area is clean and pleasant. There's a sauna and a wet sauna, pools, jacuzzi and salt room. Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Will come back to stay longer next time.
