The apartment is very well located near Union Square so very central and there is a subway station very close by. The apartment is newly renovated and refurbished with a lot of attention to decoration and details like plants and book and also so coffee, tea, condiment, washing up liquid left. That's a nice touch. It is located at the back so it is quiet as the main street would be very noisy in central Manhattan. It is well equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, mugs, bowls etc... The owner was available for messaging and very helpful.

Great location for mid town business and leisure travel. Hotel was very clean, room well appointed with bespeaks machine, amply stocked fridge mini bar and lot of high end snack alcohols and wines. Bathroom shower ( rain shower ) was more like a far more expensive room. Lower floors on the street maybe noisy to a non city dweller - so request or book a higher floor. But the base rooms are on lower floors. So if you are a city person, phenomenal value in mid town Manhattan.

The Hotel was very reasonably priced for its modernity, cleanliness, and location. Friendly front desk staff. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel at 8:30 AM on the day of my check in. Front Desk staff checked my in and when I came back later at 3 PM, my room was ready to go, I was issued a digital key and all went well. The rooms are reasonably spacious (for a manhattan hotel) and well appointed. Location to several major subway lines was also excellent.

Had a pretty good stay. Room was clean and decently furnished. Stayed in a king advertised with a city view and it had a king bed, tub, mini fridge, tv, coffee maker, desk, and safe. Room was smaller than I thought- didn't really have much space to store my luggage. But it was good. Breakfast staff was excellent. Overall, the room was a little bit pricier than what I would figure for its size, but it is in Midtown Manhattan so I guess it makes sense.

Couple hundred yards from the subway station, and in the heart of meat packing district. Location was great for starting any trip in Manhattan. Steps from Chelsea Market, the highline and waterfront. Easy to get anywhere when the subway stop is on the same corner. Friendly staff, safe area, clean rooms, relaxing, at a great rate. Unique stay that wasnt your typical chain hotel, which is what I was looking for.

The hotel is very close to the Central Park and 5th Avenue. The subway is also very close to the hotel. There are supermarkets and places to eat. It is very easy to move in NY and you can go by walking to many places from the hotel. For those who like big cities, traffic and lots of people, stay in the heart of Manhattan it is worth it. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are big!!!

Amazing view of the downtown Manhattan skyline, with a floor to ceiling window. The room was very modern, clean and with a stylish contemporary decoration and LED lighting. Very comfortable with a nice experience. The whole hotel seems modern and taken care of, with a great decoration. Chelsea also seems like a good neighborhood if you don't wanna stay in the touristy areas of midtown.

The hotel is incredibly nice! Wonderful Manhattan view from the room, staff was so kind and super helpful. Lovely shared spaces with a small shop, work spaces etc. Room was clean and very weel organized even though was small (just like any living space in Manhattan). Will be back for sure and I raccomen the Arlo experience to everybody that want to visit NYC

The connection to everything on Manhattan and larger NYC is great. A lot places to eat and buy food around the hotel. We even had a nice view on the Edge. You get breakfast ( not very healthy , but OK it is still a breakfast). Everyone was very kind and happy to help and answer questions. Despite everything good quality-money value for us.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, cleanliness. Despite the shortcomings mentioned below, some of which are common in Manhattan (and if you are ready to deal with them), I can recommend the hotel. In case of any future visit to Manhattan we will consider to choose this hotel again.

Location is exceptional in midtown Manhattan, very close to major landmarks and also a range of subway stations. Hotel room (King size with view) is small but comfortable with strong wifi. Did not eat at hotel restaurant but menu looks good. Comfortable bed/pillows.

The hotel is very close to multiple subway stops, making it easy to travel around Manhattan or into Brooklyn. It's also close to Central Park. The room was clean, quiet, and fairly modern. Compared to other options in midtown Manhattan, this seems like good value.

Standard US breakfest, but good quality. Great hotel staff, always friendly and always helpfull. Hotel in China town near Brooklyns bridge. Perfect confortable bed. Hotel is under the Manhattan bridge, and you can hear train every 10min, but it wasnt problem for us.

Location of the hotel is Superb - it's really close to the Times Square and all other main Manhattan locations. Also, there is a rooftop bar, where you can enjoy the NYC evening view. We also got 2 free drinks at the lobby bar, which was a nice addition.

We had a room with a bunk bed. Very small and very basic, but the price-quality ratio was ok for Manhattan, where the hotels are very expensive. The location is very good, with bus stops, subway and restaurants within a view minutes walking distance.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed: a great location almost in front of Penn Station, at the heart of Manhattan, and close to subway stations. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked great. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

Proximity to Manhattan shops, museums and land marks was terrific. Close to restaurants, delis and cafes was part of hotel surrounds. Ideal location and close to Broadway shows. One of the few reasonably priced hotels with a refrigerator.

The hotel was modern and clearly recently renovated unlike many hotels in Manhattan. Post Covid many hotels skimp on amenities and “nickel and dime” you for every little thing. Not so here. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in the center of manhattan but on the quiet street, queens room is perfect size, clean and the staff was amazing!!! Susanne, Marie and Anthony helped anytime we needed they were really wonderful!! I recommend it for 10000%!!

Definitely the location. It’s just one street away from times square and close to everywhere in manhattan. Although the hotel manager unprofessional behavior , we went to new york for vacation and hotel is in the best position
