Can’t emphasise enough what a pleasure it was to stay at this property.

Couldn't fault this hotel, had originally booked in for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. It's extremely quiet here. We went for dinner one evening and were the only people in the whole restaurant over the hour 7-8pm. There isn't much to do in the area. Pool area at the top is really nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only odd thing is that there were nearly more staff than staying in the people in the hotel which is probably reflective of the time of year. It was great for us though as service was so quick as was the WiFi 😁 Shower was great, nice selection for breakfast too.

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

I would highly recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location near the harbour was great, and the friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Everything, the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean and airy with many storage space, sockets and a television. Room looked like just on the pictures. No plastic bottles but the water was served in glass jars instead. The host was kind and caring, helped me to get to the island and also book shuttles to get back to Hanoi. They gave me a lift at my departure and at my leaving. Got nice suggestions where to eat and they let to use their bike to cycle around on the island. I had an amazing time here that I am super grateful for!
