We came here to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary. The staff was simply amazing! We had a slight inconvenience that was not the fault of the staff but they fixed it beyond our expectations! If we ever had a problem at other resorts, we would have to hassle them, but they were the ones consistently following up, which I truly appreciated. Inger is honestly the best! The staff felt like family. They would know your drink of choice as well as your name. Oh and I can't forget Javaughn, the grill master/chef! He was amazing/welcoming and in his words cooked everything "with seasoning and love". And the great smile/service from Attesha & Ti-shawn daily was the perfect touch. There was another AMAZING gentleman with braids, but I didnt catch his name, he even offer to help us take our anniversary pics. The resort also provided nice entertainment every night, live bands, singers, etc. It was very nice/romantic while you enjoy your dinner. The menu changed daily along with the specials (always get the soup of the day, trust me). I also loved that they provided OFF cause I didnt really get bit my entire stay. Housekeeping does an exceptional job too! And Oh yes, the beach is absolutely beautiful and spacious!!! You are able to do jet-skiing, boat rides, and hikes as well. So after reading so many reviews I was so excited, I fed up with a really mixed experience: so I’m between a 7 and 8 and this should have been a 10! First of all the great stuff: Room - we had the hillside pool suite, just wow, I’ve stayed in 1000’s hotel and def in top 5 rooms stayed in! The beach bar is lovely and staff amazing, cocktails are lush. Some of the staff are a 10/10 - our lady who did room turndown was a ten, and lady who went through stuff with us. And guys who delivered food to room Breakfast in morning to room was awesome and the lady on that morning was amazing.

Exceptional location in front of Dickenson beach. The studio was clean and with good internet connection; it seems it was renovated recently. You need a car to go to the supermarket, but there is a small market in front of the hotel selling some basics and the hotel staff can purchase other groceries for you at a small fee. Great value for money.

Incredible resort on a white sand beach, infinity pools, including a private island offshore, beautiful gardens to wander. the property is full of interesting artwork that sets a theme of intrigue and wonder as you walk around the property. There are all sorts of rooms to choose from a standard room to fully equiped apartments with multiple bedrooms. The breakfast is excellent and generous and the restaurant has a high quality menu really great food. There was nothing we didn't like here, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were very lucky to see turtles hatching from their nest here on the beach.
