The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the middle of the night but they were there to welcome us and help us to our room. The next morning we found that we had a flat tyre, 3 people immediately came to help us change the tyre and refused to take any tip. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. The location was amazing, on a hilltop in the middle of a forest, with 360 views of snow capped mountains. The breakfast was also excellent.

    Everything was great except the noise in the morning. It's not the resort's fault but the noise at 9AM that was made by children playing outside was annoying.

    I lost count of how many times I stayed at this resort and each time it's the best! This time I traveled with friends who have never been at Tezh Ler before and all of them were impressed by very supportive and nice staff, clear comfortable rooms with very comfy beds and the serenity of the nature surrounding the property.
