We booked long ago for the eclipse and got a great rate per room which they honored no problem. Some people at other resorts were not so lucky. Room was clean and well kept. The breakfast room was a bit small but it was a huge occasion so no rooms left even.

Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
