Excellent resort and exceptional service. Rooms are above expectations. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and also had a studio for our grown up kids. It was a special occasion as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. We were assigned rooms next to each other for convenience. Warren from guest services was very polite, helpful and provided excellent customer service. My wife found the one bedroom suite absolutely amazing and luved it. The only other hotels/resorts that came close to it was the one we stayed at Gold Coast in Australia and another one in Dubai. Monique and Lisa from guest services were very courteous and provided excellent customer service during our stay. Will definitely come back again soon.

Very friendly staff upon check in. Visiting for a wedding at a resort across the street. Room was extremely clean and exceeded what we thought we were getting. Great location close to resorts and businesses. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be staying here!!

The resort is so beautiful and well taken care of. The cabins are close but it is so quiet and you feel private. The kitchen was so well equipped. As I like to read in the evening I could have used better lighting.

The close proximity to the beach was great. Also, the surrounding green space made it feel more homey than other resorts we've stayed at.

We have visited many times, and love your resort. I'm afraid if too many people see how wonderful it is, it will be hard to get a reservation. Thanks

Pacific Shores is our favorite destination treat but the mattress is sooo noisy, crunchy sound, uncomfortable..never experienced that before....toilets low. Not the resorts fault but up all night from people above us. Big disappointment that the restaurant was closed....a lot of money for seniors expecting the best....may not be back.

The location is quiet and next to the water, which my family enjoyed. The room is nice and clean. There are many activities to choose from within the resort without having to leave the resort. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool a lot. It's not too far of a drive to grab some food to eat.

Fancy luxuryhotel with a swimming pool (a small one full of kids so do not plan go swimming), a restaurant and spa. Dinner is extremely expensive fine dining (count with min 150CAD for two persons which is 3-5 times as much as you normally have to spend on food) but really good chefs. Honestly, the best chefs I met in Canada so far. Do try it but if you stay longer, have a plan B.
