I can’t say enough good things about this resort. If I had to pick one thing that made them exceptional it would be the people! We were warmly greeted by Ionna from guest relations as well as Georgia at the main reception. Beautiful energy and very helpful and caring not to mention professional. They helped my fiance with his proposal and were so amazing about it, they offered us champagne to celebrate the occasion and wanted to do a lot more but we were only staying for the night. we greatly appreciated them making this moment even more special. I would definitely come back. Great value for money and you have like 4-5 restaurants to pick from, the breakfast buffet is amazing! the pools and views are breathtaking and to top it all off after diner there’s a live show every night, we were lucky enough to see some extremely talented dancers and acrobats. 11/10 would go back in a heartbeat ♡

Fantastic breakfast. Everything is beautiful. They had entertainment on arrival. We had help from staff to take our bags to our appointment. I have asked for fewer stairs, and we had our apartment on the ground floor close to the car park. 🚗 I would definitely stay again 👍❤️

Resort has a great pool, gym and jacuzzi. 10min walk to the public bus and beach. There’s a shop on site which helped a lot as you can’t drink the water so we could easily buy water.

Great location a short walk from the main Coral Bay centre with a great selection restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops. The photo's really don't do justice to how nice this villa is - the direct sea view from the top floor is fantastic and a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee. The hosts quickly responded to a couple of questions we had about the villa and also have an in-resort contact if you need anything. Location, although touristy, is okay: walking distance from the beach and a supermarket. The host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Because of this, we are disappointed to have to leave what is overall a quite critical review, however we felt as though our overall stay didn't match the luxury billing, so we want to help other guests avoid such disappointment

We had an issue with the front door that we resolved quickly and efficiently. Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable enough and has a good sized fridge to store drinks.
