We felt like home, we had everything we need. Dario is an excellent host, he helped us check-in even very late at night. It was calm and quiet, but also close to many grocery stores and attractions.

The apartment is lovely and cosy and was spotless clean, Antonia was an amazing host and she left us so many supplies of food and drinks so a lovely touch, I would highly recommend this apartment.

There are several cooking stations in the restaurant which also divided into two sections with identical setting, therefore, despite being a big resort, there is never a long queue or the feeling of chaos. The restaurant run by a team of super efficient and friendly staff, they make you feel welcome and valued. There are diversity of food nightly and they are cooked to decent taste. I would highly recommend all inclusive for this hotel.

The staff that work within the company that own this apartment give an outstanding service to their guests. Unfortunately I was mugged during my stay, however, the staff helped me out and made sure that I was okay and helped with getting a new key for the apartment (this was at a cost which is completely understandable as this is no fault of their own).

Friendly staff especially the animation team! Rooms were cleaned every day and to a high standard. Beds comfy. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and hotel. Bus stops just outside the hotel to take you most places you want or there’s taxis which are cheap! All inclusive was definitely worth the money.
