What a wonderful hotel! Very friendly staff ( Karina ) at reception and excellent rooms. Spacious, very clean, and a lovely balcony! We received water in our mini fridge and parking was also available. Karina took care of us in the best way and helped us with every question we had. She is the best!

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

The location is fine, close to a bus stop for travel into Palma or to other resorts along the coast. The pool area is comfortable and it’s only a 10 min walk to some nice beaches. Portals is expensive compared to other parts of the coast, but cannot fault the hotel for this.
