We updated to the Junior Suite and couldn’t have been more happy. The pools were fantastic, the balcony views were relaxing, the guests weren’t party animals (adult), the staff were some of the nicest people ever at a hotel (very accommodating), the breakfast selection was superior and had so much to offer (one of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel), the saunas, steam room and indoor swimming pool were great options to have, the sport massages were strong and good quality for a hotel, and the services available were top notch. Access to Palma by bus is right outside the front entrance making it not necessary to have a car. Taxi’s were relatively inexpensive. Access to the sea was just outside your door . Safe places to swim in the sea. They have mini-golf, tennis and even diving lessons. The gym is big and is located right on the water. (Not an after thought gym). Free sun loungers and towels for use. Also private outdoor pool for just adults. We loved this resort and will return again.

Great hotel. if you are traveling by car, you can leave your car at the port parking lot, which will cost 12 euros for hotel guests. however, even without a car, it is easy to get there from Palma itself by a direct bus that stops right next to the hotel. the breakfast is delicious, the employee took care of our early departure and offered to pack croissants and coffee with us. also the staff helped with a very late check in by leaving the key at the reception. in general, I recommend the hotel, a great option if you want to stay comfortably

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.
