Very good villa, it has a lot of space, big rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (first and last floor). Big and very comfortable beds. There is a great terrace on the roof, very nice to spend time there in the evenings. Mika was very kind and prepared everything we need to stay and even more. It’s 5 min from the beach by walking and from other facilities like restaurants etc. AC in every room, so it’s very comfortable during hot days. There are place for parking. We enjoyed our holidays, and definitely will recommend this house to our friends.

We had no exact expectations about the place because it was just a weekend break, so we were truly amazed, this hotel is just awesome. We had a nice sea view from our room closest to the sea, everything in the room was just fine and clean, the quality and choice of food and drinks is great, and everyone from the staff was friendly and helpful. I have quite a big experience with hotels around the world and I didn't find anything significant what I could complain about. All inclusive doesn't have any fine print, unless you want some very special spirits, everything is included all day long. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely return! Hints if you want to optimize your budget: 1. Just go ahead and book the cheapest room without sea view, as services are the same and you'll anyway spend most of your time downstairs around the bars and restaurants. 2. Unless you have some very big bags, you don't need a transfer service or a taxi from the airport, just take a bus for 2 euros, it stops a few hundred meters away. Same buses can effectively take you in Rodos center as well. Google Maps is quite reliably planning route with buses.

Periklis was very helpful, especially with directions, he even provided us with pictures and guidance how to get to the apartment. Location is quite good, some good pubs and restaurants nearby. Loved the ease of access to the beach -approx. 5 minute walk from our room. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for us to try, not the resorts fault. Had a massage that was great and for a really good price. The night entertainment at the venue was top notch, first night- karaoke, second night- authentic Greek Dancers who had the crowd interact with them, my daughters (age 3 and 6) absolutely loved it and the dancers were patient with them. The alcohol is also offered with the all inclusive so really between that and the 3 meals per day, you cant beat the cost. The taxi to Rhodes was about a 10 minute trip for a flat 20 Euro. We went in October so it wasn't too busy. It was a great family trip.
