Human resources, the most valuable asset of a hotel. Moreover, I can't write a complete review unless I mention specifically some people. Especially manager Mr. Kyriakos V******kas who being presented with a couple of issues in our family room, went immediately above and beyond his everyday schedule and solved them in the best way possible. Instantly, he even came to the room personally to check everything himself. This is the true spirit of hospitality and it was a true charm to have this kind of treatment. In the food court, Mrs Smaro Z***ou, the hostess, was the kindest and most valuable service hostess that only high caliber 5 star hotels present in our stays around the globe. Welcoming, truly asking how to accommodate a family in the most convenient location in a busy restaurant (not the easiest job among hundreds of hungry people), always with a smile and the best solution in hand!
