The ambience of the entire places was very relaxing. It was a perfect weekend getaway from the hustles of city life. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and the great hospitality of all the staff made our staycation a memorable one. Plus points for the food, right from the snack bar, to the scrumptious dinner and a great buffet breakfast. It made us wanting more, but we were so full. The newly renovated Finnish sauna was very relaxing after a long work week. The pools were well maintained and on the whole the property was very clean and comfortable.

Travelled with my wife and small toddler and if you take the all inclusive package like we did you are set up for a great time. It is very child friendly, the staff is very helpful and professional, the food excellent and with a huge variety, the room has a pretty decent size. some floors of the hotel (3 out of 5) are fully renovated, others are not, but are still nice.MiguelPortugal

Excellent location, which was one of the most important things for me. A few minutes walk to the Spa Resort Bufurdo, to the Coop supermarket, bus stop, several restaurants in the vicinity. Right next to the main road of Bukfurdo but very quiet. The studio has all necessary amenities.IraBelgium
