The staff - Amazing, so helpful, very welcoming, top notch polite and respectful. Shout out to Izan who was so nice. The establishment - Very clean, well kept, the rooms are quite close to each other but once inside we couldn't hear what was outside or next door. Very well decorated. The pool - Beautiful, warm, there is an arrangement of drinks and snacks in a "honesty bar" available. The spa - so peaceful, the staff is very nice and offer a very relaxing environment. The restaurants - Breakfast is very nice ("main course", platter of fresh fruit, coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice) and filling! We also had dinner at the Spanish/tapas restaurant that was delicious.

The cottage was cute, the ambience is very nice, but the best thing about F&F was the staff. Sandi, Jemi, Vinta, Bintang…they made us feel like family and make that place a home. Truly loved them. And the kitchen food was wholesome, the drinks were so delicious! But the smiles on their faces was our favourite.

This place was wonderful, we did choose the right place😊 The bungalows was so cosy and is located in an oas of palm trees and it’s very calm and relaxed. The beach is lovely and very close to the bungalows. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and this will be the place we will come back to, next time in Gili Air ☀️

The new owners are busy renovating and it really is becoming a beautiful place. Everything is new. Towels, bedding, pillows, curtains, net curtains, decoration and appliances like kettles and hairdryers. Everything is freshly painted inside and out and is very well cleaned. What a mega project this is. They will reopen on 22 April. Very peaceful by the nice big pool. The restaurant was not open yet but will open April 22. The kitchen is also being renovated. Good luck and we will definitely come back when everything is ready.

The villa was super clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are very attentive and made our stay special. Breakfast was good and they serve amazing quality coffee. Hadi the manager there was so helpful and went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable and special.

Staying at Oceans5 was a great experience! Me and my husband signed up for the PADI Open Water Certification so it was pretty convenient to stay there during the lessons. The hotel is very well located, just next to the harbour and walking distance to the main street where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the 25mts pool :) All the staff was super nice too! Will definitely come back.

Ama Lurra is in an amazing location on Gili Air. The restaurant was right on the beach with tables under shady trees and in the perfect location to watch the sunset. The villi was stunning, modern and extremely clean. The staff were wonderful and would do anything they could to help. Thank you Amu Lurra

beautiful location, staff were very helpful and accommodating! The resort has villas in the centre of the island and near the beach.. ask before you goto main reception! it will save you from walking too far.. the room was very clean and cleaned daily.

Really lovely rooms and facilities, right on the beach and the beach club was so relaxing. Loved this part of the island as less touristy but still near the port. Really recommend.
