Great hotel in Sanur close to everything in Sanur like restaurants and shops. The hotel also had a lovely pool, which I had access to directly from my room. So nice to go swimming first thing in the morning and after a busy day. Nice rooms too and friendly staff.

The 5 ft deep salt water private pool (no swimsuit needed) was amazing as well as the gardens throughout the property. Bathroom/dressing room was huge! Very comfortable! Excellent breakfast! Close to the paved 5 km boardwalk where they are many restaurants! Great location! Close to laundry.

The beds are very comfortable, a dip in the pool was lovely. Wifi is good. The beach is a short walk away and there is plenty to do. We enjoyed the beach resorts and the windsurfing. Everybody is really kind and the food is great! Nusa gives wonderful massages. I definitely recommend that! Communication was easy, Yanma is very helpful. Overal we really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it!

The room were very clean. For a family it is truly an ideal configuration as the kids were sleeping on the first floor bedroom and we were on the ground-floor one. But as you have a private mini garden (that you can lock with a private entrance) we truly felt safe to let our kids in the other room. Sanur is as well very family friendly.
