Staffs are very friendly and responsive to my request. Pool can provide a lot of fun for kids almost for the whole day if sunny. Good place for family just to relax over the weekend. Occasionally, there were power trips but power supply resumed quite immediate afterwards. There was a variety of buffet spread for the breakfast, even the ala carte dinner was great. Room service was also prompt and thorough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the resort.
